My Online Coaching is a 3 month Commitment (minimum)


WHAT TO EXPECT:

  1. Once I receive an application from you with your name and information, I will reach out to set up an initial phone call or zoom call (personal preference).
  2. In the call, I will go over my personalized coaching app. This app allows me to track your progress, see your efforts, habits, accomplishments and goals. Every workout is customized to YOU!
  3. It will take a few days for me to create your customized plan, along with any additional customized nutrition plan.
  4. Communication! We will be in contact multiple times per week for accountability. I want you to achieve your goals! You will also have access to the YARA Wellness & Fitness Community (In-App Community Chat).

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, the reason I have chosen to do this is so that you can commit to progress as consistency is so important. You have the option of 3-12+ months. The programs are constantly updated with workouts that are tailored to you with continuous support from myself. 

  • Is the program available worldwide?

    Yes! Anyone in the world can access this program.

  • Can I do the plan at home?

    Yes! We are able to tailer your plan to be completed in your own home if you wish. All you'll need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You will also need to select "In Home Only" on the app set up form.

  • Refunds and returns.

    For information on my refunds and returns policy, please see the terms and conditions.

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription you must email us with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel, all plans and support will be removed from your account.

  • Is this program for beginners in the gym?

    Yes, the workouts are tailored specifically to you and your goals! We will choose weights/intensities that are light for your fitness level and gradually work your way up.
